www.antonym.industries Chronicling the actual building of the company. Featuring all the dead ends, brutal realities, and chaos that I have to scrub from the pitch deck.
- 001Why I started Antonym: There is no cloud for atomsThe $16.8 trillion physical economy never got its cloud computing layer. Between imagination and matter there is still no infrastructure, only hardcoded monolith megafactories, offshored capacity sitting a continent away from the need, supply chains so fragile a ship parked sideways can halt them, and years of waiting before the first real part exists. Everything expensive happens in that gap, and nobody owns it.19 AUG 2026
- 002Keeping Score 3–0: The Company I Was Building Before I Knew What It WasEight years, three companies and a great many wrong turns. Each one felt like a different idea at the time, and each left behind a piece of the same unfinished system. Not the story of deciding to start Antonym Industries, but of running out of ways not to.08 SEPT 2026
- 004Arkwright: Why we named the stack after a wig-makerRichard Arkwright built the original monolith, so he can jolly well lend his name to the thing that replaces it.01 OCT 2026
